Vice President ComplianceInvestment BankingLondon – Up to £100,000 + packageGresham Hunt has been mandated to find a new Compliance VP, with a specific focus on ensuring that the compliance framework is maintained.Our client is looking for an individual who will be responsible for performing risk assessments on compliance controls, ensuring that they are up to date, fit for purpose, and in line with regulatory expectations. You will also be responsible for identifying potential areas for future training of colleagues, and assist and lead in developing and delivering on this .The successful candidate will have:Circa 6-10 years of experience within ComplianceStrong knowledge of financial markets – previous experience within investment banks or capital markets firms desirableStrong ability to perform compliance risk assessments Strong report writing and presentation skillsPrevious experience delivering training to colleagues is advantageousCandidates must be based in the UK with full right to work.
