In 2023, our Industrials Group was once again ranked as a market-leading M&A advisor for industrial transactions.ScopeHoulihan Lokey's Industrials team in London is looking to add a Vice President in London.The environment at Houlihan Lokey is collegial and entrepreneurial and, as such, rewards staff with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals and clients. Senior Associates and Vice Presidents are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help us grow our business.Requirements / QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills7-11 years’ experience in Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance / Corporate FinanceStrong execution experience on end to end deals (closed deal experience)Specific experience, including completion of sell sides mandates, in the sector preferableAdvanced financial modelling and analytical abilities; strong LBO and DCF modelling skills.
