My client is a boutique Corporate Advisory business looking to hire an Associate Director/Vice President to join the team as part of their continued business growth. The team focuses Mid Market Corporate M&A transactions They offer 3 main service lines to their clients: -M&A· Buy and sell side advisory services relating to businesses, assets or loans· Identification of potential corporate targets or purchasers· Advice on the transaction structuring· Managing the transaction process through to a successful conclusionStrategic Advice· Commercial review of strategic business goals and objectives· Analysis and appraisal of assets, portfolios and businesses· Advice to enhance financial performance through active capital management strategiesCapital raising· Advising Clients in raising debt and equity· Private placement of equity interests· Advising on the acquisition or disposal or secondary interests· Arranging capital for separate account solutions· Sourcing equity for asset and portfolio led opportunitiesResponsibilitiesWill focus on mid market corporate finance transactions, and will be given responsibility for leading deal execution teams.Acting as the senior point of contact for clients during the transactions process, advising on strategy and tactics, providing sector and transaction insights.Overseeing deal teams, ensuring they deliver quality on all client deliverables, operating within the firm’s risk policies and controlling costs against budget.Originating and delivering transaction ideas, identifying opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships.Playing an important role in the growth and development of the whole team, coaching junior colleagues to help them achieve their potentialWorking with the Partners and Senior Directors to drive the team strategy.My client is offering a very competitive package with a clear line for promotion.Please do contact to discuss further.
