And we’ll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.As a part of the American Express Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team you will be responsible for developing world class digital products, capabilities and marketing programs that support our global markets and help drive performance marketing growth.In the role of VP, Enterprise Performance Marketing you will be responsible for developing world class digital capabilities and marketing solutions that support the Enterprise and help drive performance marketing growth.You will lead a team of Technical Marketers who specialise in providing unique talent, data and ad tech solutions which are used across the business to keep Amex at the forefront of the digital industry and drive performance in key digital channels including our in house Paid Search, Digital Media and Social. Our team is dedicated to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion for both our colleagues & our applicants.Key Responsibilities:Lead a digital performance marketing team enabling performance marketing through direct channel management and solutions which range from internal capabilities to partnerships with key providersLead diverse, inclusive and geographically dispersed teams, inspiring employee engagement, retention, progression and performance managementProvide thought leadership in key areas relevant for performance marketing, developing a joined up vision which drives performance at Amex and factors in the internal strategies as well as the changing external ecosystemDeliver against key acquisition goals, driving Performance Channels, inc. Paid Search, Paid Media & SocialLead the Paid Search EMA, LACC and APAC in house teamsPartner with stakeholders across the Enterprise to deploy global demand generation marketing solutions, overseeing a multi-year plan to ensure Amex can continue to deliver forward thinking marketing activityPartner with the Analytics and Products teams to develop joined up roadmaps, vision, and goals and a robust, continuous and focused test & learn approach to everything we doPosition requires a willingness to continually learn and develop ground-breaking solutions within a dynamic & highly matrixed environment to capitalize on the considerable investment made in the acquisition processEnsuring all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements are met for demand generation marketing solutionsSkills / Qualifications:Proven experience building & leading diverse, highly engaged, high-performing teams; experience & success as a leader of leadersConsidered expert in digital performance marketing channels including Paid Search, Programmatic Media, Social and other addressable, programmatic, channelsAccomplished leader with experience leading teams of SME digital marketeers specifically digital channel management and acquisition deliveryExperience with ad technology, digital marketing partners, walled gardens and media agency managementExperience working across global markets, with track record of success in managing complex products or initiatives across international marketsProven ability to drive digital and business change, leading adoption of new ways of working, and leveraging storytelling to drive understanding & adoption of changeProven ability to adopt & lead a team to embrace safe & sound business practices at scaleStrong thought leadership within and keen awareness of the external digital space, with established network of external partners to inspire out-of-box thinkingA real passion for all things digital; in depth understanding of the latest digital trends, technology advances and new and changing external tools and businessesQualificationsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
