Vice President - Infrastructure M&A

Job Description Madison Hunt is partnered with the Infrastructure, Power & Utilities M&A team of a boutique investment bank to hire a Vice President in London. The bank has built an excellent reputation, advising the leading infrastructure funds in Europe on middle-market buy and sell side deals across Europe. As deal flow continues to increase, the Vice President will play a key role leading the execution of transactions across all asset classes including renewables, utilities, and transportation to name a few. The business has built an excellent culture and offer long term career progression. Candidates will: Be currently sitting in a Vice President or equivalent position in the M&A team of an international investment bank Have an in-depth understanding of the European infrastructure, power and utilities market Possess a proven M&A deal track record having led the execution of deals Have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships Whilst not essential, fluency in another European language is preferred Hold a maths, engineering or similar degree from a highly regarded university #J-18808-Ljbffr
