Vice President of Engineering

Our client A SaaS provider, working with cutting edge tech including ML and AI. The Role They are looking for a contract VP of Engineering to help transform their engineering operation - people, processes and tech. Initial output will be a report with recommendations, and once accepted, then the consultant would lead the transformation/transition. Skills/Experience A seasoned VP/Director or held similar roles Strategic experience - people, process and tech change Must have worked in the technical security industry, and understand the landscape Have managed on-shore and near-shore Teams Previous experience in software design and developing customer and partner oriented multi-tenant, multi-tiered environments Experience of SaaS and cloud native applications. Skilled at leveraging data to drive decisions and identify and implement improvements Accustomed to operating in a fast-paced, changing environment where adaptability and navigating ambiguity are key #J-18808-Ljbffr
