The role: As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Sales Managers and indirectly a team of SMB and Enterprise AEs. Establishing stretching but achievable KPIs and targets for the team and working closely with them to achieve them. Implementing proven and established methodologies and processes to maximise sales performance and success. Leveraging all data / reports and analysing trends to offer insight, areas for improvement and and best practice to the team. Collaborating with external stakeholders and internal departments during the presales and post-sales process. Acting as a trusted leader and company advocate to motivate, inspire and encourage the team to smash their numbers. About you: Previous track record as an individual contributor, closing enterprise deals. Background in fast-paced SaaS start-up/scale-up environments.
