With an established presence in the market, they are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be responsible for directing and implementing the strategy, playbook and processes that will take them to their next phase of growth.Responsibilities:Mentor, manage and build the UK sales team ensuring effective team growth.Devise and implement sales processes and strategy for continued improvement of sales productivity.Be a key stakeholder in the development of sales enablement programs and processes.Leverage internal resources in sales campaignsReport directly to the CEO to align on goals and results.Your profile:Complex SaaS sales experience as a leader / individual contributor.Proven success in a leadership role within a scaling SaaS organisation.Experience in implementing company-wide GTM strategy.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.London based or surrounding areas.In return you will get:Competitive Salary + OTE package.Equity.Professional & personal wellbeing allowance.25 days annual leave.
