Vice President Real Estate

Job Description: We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences and Hospitality. THE ROLE: Supportdeal origination and build and maintain goodrelationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers Lead deal execution and initiate procedure of credit approval and deal closing Initiate in market research, cashflowanalysis, site inspections,structuring,preparing term sheet and documentation process to support real estate related transactions Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Requirements Bachelor s Degree with major in Finance or any related disciplines 6-8 years relevant experience in real estate finance Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients is a plus Track record of deal origination and execution We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences and Hospitality.
