This role, as part of the Creative Studio, is focused on supporting the Hays UK&I Marketing team in creating high-quality branded video assets to help promote Hays’ services and reputationas the world’s leading specialist recruiter. The role is focused on producing ground-breaking, innovative and functional work, to the highest creative & productive quality, on brand and fit for its intended purpose. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Video Content Creator, responsible for creating video and audio content for internal and external use,across the UK and Ireland region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating content for multiple audiences, including jobseekerslooking for career advice, senior leaders searching for insights to help build their workforce, as well as informing our employees of businessinitiatives and strategies. Your New RoleMust have a campaign mindset on all projects Storyboarding, filming and editing of videos based on Hays’ brand guidelines and templatesfor a variety of project types, including:Promotion of National Campaigns and Specialism-focused reports | Interviews withSpecialism leads to promote products and/or services | Supporting Social Media Managerwith video content | Video townhalls featuring senior stakeholders Take briefs from colleagues within the department and around the businessSearch for and/or acquire on-brand video assets to be used in projectsContribute to ‘studio housekeeping’, e.g. managing Hays and client files and assets,file naming, archiving and general day-to-day upkeep of studio facilities and environmentFull understanding of all aspects of the Hays brand to ensure correct and consistentexecution of all workManage projects and relationships with agencies, freelancers and other creative thirdparties (as required) to deliver on-brand workEnsure briefs meet the requirements of the Creative Studio department; liaising with theDigital Production Manager (DPM) to ensure all work is conducted according to the agreedcreative process and to make sure all work is checked, approved and delivered on-brief,on-spec and on-timePresenting concepts/designs to the Head of Marketing Activation and/or DPM, as well asMarketing stakeholders, the business and/or external clientsAct as a Brand guardian, developing a complete understanding of all aspects of the Haysbrand guidelines, to ensure correct and appropriate execution for workHelp develop the creative knowledge and capabilities of the creative team byinvestigating, researching and communicating innovations, news and opportunitiesin the creative/marketing industriesKeep up-to-date with new business news, the competition and Hays’ marketing strategyto ensure that we offer the best possible creative solution to our customers’ needsWillingness to improve the quality of design and be an active member of the creative processWork effectively with the different systems employed by Hays, including Asana, the HaysBrand Portal, and Hays intranet (Sharepoint)Help build a training plan in light of personal aspirations, business requirements andresourcing needsContribute to creative briefing sessions, team meetings, events and reviewsKey Requirements for successStrong portfolio demonstrating creative flair, innovation, originality and experience of working on a range of different types of projectsStrong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, and After EffectsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications incl.
