Our mission is to bring fans closer to the action through cutting-edge video content and innovative advertising solutions.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Commercial Lead to join our team and lead out GTM in the UK and EMEA. This individual contributor role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes sports has a proven track record in sales, has deep knowledge of video advertising, ad tech strategy, and product development, and is an MPV when it comes to building revenue and ad sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Big 6 Holding Company Trading Desks, DSPs, SSPs, and other key AdTech Partners. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by leveraging your industry connections with world-class sales execution and product development.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Drive sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue from video and programmatic advertising across our sports content portfolio.Client and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Big 6 Holding Company Trading Desks, DSPs, and SSPs.Strategy – Able to lead on and execute on GTMsBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and grow our market presence among the Top 6 Hold Co Trading Desks and also Client In-Housing Depts in Marketing TeamsVideo and Ad Tech Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the AdTech and Video industry to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs.Strategic Vision: Contribute and advise on the development and execution of the company's strategic vision for growth in the sports media space.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product developmentPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, ad tech, or video sales, preferably within the sports media industry.Industry Network: Established relationships with Big 6 Holding Company Trading Desks, DSPs, SSPs, AdTech partnersCommercial Acumen: Deep knowledge of commercial and revenue models.
