Key Responsibilities
Emilia Wickstead are looking to recruit a VIP Sales Manager for its prestigious flagship store on Sloane Street, London.
This role will assist the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies, encompassing strategic partnerships, CRM and other initiatives.
You will:
drive prestige portfolio performance through the achievement of sales targets, client acquisition and project management through direct connections, luxury events and collaboration with stylists.
Generate, grow & develop the business through VIP clients and services.
Participate in defining and implementing the VIC strategies.
Develop a strong knowledge of boutique, the business, access local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Drive sales opportunities both within, and outside of the boutique environment through local and international trunk shows, private client events and styling sessions.
Support Special VIP Projects, designing the annual/quarterly/monthly activity plans based on brand guidelines, marketing plan, business objectives and EW.
Using CRM help develop sales tools, and educational tools for the store team, supporting the store manager.
Possess deep understanding and knowledge of the brand and full range of all products offerings, fabrics, history and services to convey the brands heritage and values
Knowledge and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
