Virtual Legal Assistant (Paralegal)

The firm is recognised internationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s team it is now seeking to appoint a File Handler to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated small claims track files.
You will be responsible for handling both quantum and liability small claims cases efficiently whilst engaging effective telephone negotiation techniques to obtain the appropriate settlement.
The ideal candidate will have RTA file handling experience either within a law practice or Insurer.
