We have an opportunity for a Vocational Skills Coordinator to join our team at Pebble Academy Muirkirk, East Ayrshire, and build life-changing relationships with our pupils. The role allows you to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young people between the ages of 11 and 18 by delivering practical lessons in craft and design, practical woodwork, and other vocational skills.
Your Role
Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons to small groups of pupils in areas such as woodworking, design, and other vocational skills.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
Support students in developing confidence, problem-solving abilities, and employability skills.
