About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee the management of void properties within a leading social housing provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring they are brought up to lettable standards within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate void refurbishments, ensuring properties are completed on time and within budget.
\n
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections, identifying required works and ensuring high-quality standards.
\n
• Manage and supervise operatives, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n
• Liaise with housing officers, tenants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth property handovers.
\n
• Monitor progress, report delays, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
\n
• Ensure all void works adhere to legislative and company standards, including asbestos awareness, fire safety, and damp and mould protocols.
\n
• Prepare work schedules, order materials, and manage void budgets effectively.
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Voids Supervisor in social housing, maintenance, or construction.
\n
• Strong knowledge of void property refurbishments, health and safety compliance, and building regulations.
\n
• Experience in managing operatives and subcontractors.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence (company van may be provided).
\n
• SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness (desirable).
\n
• Ability to use housing management systems and reporting tools.
\n
