Sellick Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Organisation for a Voids Surveyor, who will be assisting Surveying duties across day to day repairs in a Residential Property environment.

Duties of the Void Surveyor include:

• Inspecting void housing stock and building works, preparing specifications; compiling tender/contract documentation to deliver works
• Ensuring empty homes are returned in the expected condition
• Supporting management of Subcontractors
• Work with Supervisors to deliver responsive/planned repairs, inspecting as required
• Demonstrating working knowledge of legislation/risk management.
• Working with the Scheduling Team to organise workloads
• Managing complaints from inception to completion
• Complying with Health & Safety Policies

The ideal Voids Surveying candidate will have:

• HNC in Building Studies or experience within a similar Housing role
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle for works, mileage paid
