Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting, high-end wellness resort in Bridport who are looking for a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join their growing F&B team.
This role offers accommodation, or relocation assistance for candidates moving into the area.
A driving license is essential for this role due to the location of the resort.

What's involved?
As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat; this will be a varied role where you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects of the business operation. You will deliver a best in industry level of service, ensuring the guests are well informed and looked after whilst dining during their stay.
Responsibilities will include working with the Food & Beverage Manager, and the wider hospitality team to deliver an unrivalled experience, including but not limited to:

• Offering best in industry service levels
• Develop a full working knowledge of the F&B function, understanding the home-produced products on offer and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Recommend experiences on offer at the resort
• Ensure all F&B areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Deliver an exceptional level of service at all times for the guests
