We are now looking for a Waiter/Waitress who will embody our ‘Anything but Standard' ethos across three key venues.
Isla restaurant and terrace is an indoor-outdoor garden oasis with a seasonal menu, carefully curated wine list, and inventive cocktails. This Spring, we have a guest chef pop-up with Jordon Ezra King. The Italian-ish menu draws inspiration from his Roman heritage and experience in some of the world's finest kitchens, including Rubedo, Marksman, Brawn, Le Saint Europé, Burro e Salvia and Yard.
Double Standard restaurant and bar has become best known for its famous burgers, DJs, boozy brunches, guest chefs and BBQ's, all enjoyed in the 70s-inspired bar space or in the sun-soaked terraces.
The Library Lounge is our cosiest corner, and a hub for our music and cultural programming.
