Female-Only Service (specific to the needs of the people receiving support)

Join our passionate team within South West. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, youll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being, while promoting rest and comfort.
Experience
Experience in social care is desirable but not essential. Were looking for individuals who share our core values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution .
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
- Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the persons goals and aspirations.
