Fitzroy are recruiting support workers for our Supported Living Plus Service in New Milton, Hampshire. As we enter an exciting period of growth and expansion there has never been a better time to join us!
Fernhill Court is a large service where we support up to eighteen young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, some of whom display behaviours that may challenge.
Every individual has their own self-contained flat, there are also communal areas where everyone can get together and socialise, as well as a large garden for summer activities.
You will be supporting people with all aspects of daily life, from personal care, to managing finances, shopping, days out and walks in the beautiful, local New Forest.
The role can be challenging at times, so you must be kind, caring, patient and resilient with a passion to make a difference.
Vacancy available:
Night shift: £12.93 per hour weekdays and £14.22 weekends.
Full Time position, 12 hour shifts (8pm-8am)
Possibility for overtime.
Currently offering + £2.50 for overtime shifts (over 37.5 hours per week).
Time and a half or double time for public holidays.

What does a Night Support Worker do?
Support everyone differently to their individual needs.
Be actively involved in a range of duties from supporting people who wake in the night, carrying out checks as well as light cleaning duties.
Support and encourage with personal care.
Support Worker Hours
12 hour shifts, 8pm - 8am.
Weekend working is essential, which will be on a rotating basis and when you work a weekend you will have the time off in the week.
