We are looking for a Ward Manager to join a leading mental health hospital in North London. This Ward Manager position comes with an excellent salary of £51,000, excellent CPD training courses, and more excellent benefits.

In this Ward Manager position, you will have a genuine chance to shape the future of a highly regarded mental health hospital. Youll also be part of a highly trained and compassionate team, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
As Ward Manager, you will: Plan and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
Make sure that the physical healthcare needs of patients are assessed and managed effectively
Ensure that all patients have clear and current care plans that reflect their personalised needs and undertake direct patient care where necessary
Provide guidance and leadership to the clinical team, promote best practice and continuously encourage the development of the service
The successful applicant will be a registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin. You will have a prior background in a leadership position, along with a willingness to complete further clinical and leadership training. You will also have excellent communication skills, and a real motivation to strive for excellence.
