As a Registered Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Upholding the highest level of professionalism and adhering to the NMC code of conduct
• Monitoring and assisting in the delivery of patient-centred care
• Promoting best evidence-based practice
• Being involved in daily handovers to communicate all aspects of care and needs
• Providing pre- and post-operation care, and administering medication and intravenous infusions
• Supervising junior staff and tutoring student nurses
• Providing emotional support to patients and relatives
• Ensuring the working environment is safe and complies with company, professional, legal requirements and guidelines

The ideal candidate for the Registered Staff Nurse role should have:

• NMC Registration
• Diploma / Degree in adult general nursing
• Training in Phlebotomy & Cannulation, wound assessment, and administering medications, including IV (Desired)
