£12.50phTemporary – Permanent We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Northampton. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities\n- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are recorded in the system.
\n- Prepare and generate reports related to inventory, stock levels, and order processing.
\n- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
\n- Assist in stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
\n- Maintain warehouse records, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
\n- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of orders.
\n- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
\n- Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.

Requirements\n- Experience in warehouse administration.
\n- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
