Warehouse Administrator
Northampton
Monday – Friday 6pm – 3am
£12.50ph

Temporary – Permanent
 
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Northampton. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
 
Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are recorded in the system.
  • \n
  • Prepare and generate reports related to inventory, stock levels, and order processing.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
  • \n
  • Assist in stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • \n
  • Maintain warehouse records, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of orders.
  • \n
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
  • \n
  • Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.
  • \n
 
Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse administration.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • \n
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
