Warehouse administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Administrator to oversee our sameday courier�warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the warehouse management system to ensure accurate stock tracking


• Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods onto same day couriers


• Conduct regular audits of stock levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management


• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse administrator role or in a similar position.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly inhouse systems (training will be given to successful candidate)


• Experience in shipping and receiving processes, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy


• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage own work load to ensure deadlines are met.
