Warehouse Assistant

A local business within the visual and audio technology market are seeking a warehouse assistant due to increased work levels. As a Warehouse Operative you will play an integral part in the logistical operation covering the UK.

Salary: �26,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.40am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

The main day to day responsibilities in the warehouse:

• Ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently on a daily basis during your shift.
• Help with all deliveries being booked in and put away stock into location on a daily basis
• Report any issues that may arise to your supervisor so as to make sure that failure is avoided at all cost
• Achieve the required level of productivity
• Ensure that all pre-shift checks, and defect reports are completed prior to the use of all MHE equipment
• Make sure that the companies health and safety policies are adhered to at all times
• Ensure that you have a clear desk policy and that the warehouse floor is clean and tidy
• Complete any stock takes when instructed by your supervisor
