Warehouse Manager Dunmurry / Lisburn based, Full time (40 hrs p/wk) £37,000 per annum with excellent benefits package including private health insurance Oxfam Ireland are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our operations to new heights. If you have a passion for logistics, a knack for problem-solving, and a drive to lead a team towards success, we want to hear from you! As Distribution Centre Manager, you will lead and manage a diverse team of warehouse staff, driving daily and long-term performance goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the distribution centre, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This includes developing strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service levels, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust operational strategies as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a 3rd level qualification in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field, coupled with proven experience in managing a distribution centre or warehouse operation. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
