Our client, a rapidly expanding 3PL organisation, is launching an exciting new operation in Northamptonshire and needs a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead this critical expansion.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of excellence where team members thrive and reach their full potential
• Strategically prioritise workflow to ensure flawless, on-time order processing
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain impeccable stock accuracy through rigorous controls and proactive management
• Skilfully balance workloads during peak seasons, including deployment of temporary staff
• Create and enforce a zero-compromise safety environment
• Generate insightful productivity analytics that drive strategic decision-making
• Execute specialised kitting requirements with precision and respond proactively to client needs

To be successful in the role of Warehouse Manager, you will need:

• Proven success navigating the unique challenges of 3PL e-commerce operations
• Track record of building, motivating and developing high-performing warehouse teams
• Exceptional numerical aptitude with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Unwavering commitment to meeting service level agreements with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills—you anticipate them and engineer innovative solutions
• Flawless communication skills and can influence at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Strong technical capabilities with warehouse management systems and productivity tools
