We are currently Recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our Grantham site
AM Shift: £27,958 (13.44 per hour) Basic Salary + Attendance bonus of £1500 per annum – Criteria Applies
Shift pattern available:
06:00 - 14:30 (Working any 5 days out of 7 e.g. Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday)
Due to shift pattern & location, own vehicle or transport is required
You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us - just the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, ready to learn and excited by the chance to progress, we’ll provide all the training and development opportunities you need.
In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our National Distribution Centre in Grantham you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and even HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. And, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.
