Warehouse Operative Picker And Packer

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in the Swindon area.

About the Warehouse Operative role:

• Monday to Friday, Fixed shifts 6am-2.30pm, 10.30am-7pm, 2pm-10pm, paying �12.21ph or Night Shift, Sunday to Thursday, 9.45pm-6.15am, paying �13ph


• Enhanced rates for overtime


• Swindon based (Public transport available)


• Temporary to Permanent position�

Duties / Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative role:

• Order picking using scanner�


• Packing orders


• Current Forklift licences is beneficial but if not have the willingness to train�


• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment


• Adhering to Heath & Safety regulations and company procedures

Experience Required for the Warehouse Operative role:

• Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment, preferably within an order picking role


• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment�


• This role involves being on your feet and lifting products of various weights so you will need to be physically fit�


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy�


• Excellent team-working skills to effectively collaborate with other members of the team


• Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners�


• The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
