Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance Licence

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Candidate Must Hold in date / accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence

Responsibilities;

• Utilise forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and minor repairs
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting tasks to load and unload goods
• Safely handle materials and operate equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications;

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and materials handling procedures is beneficial
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required
• Basic maths skills for inventory management purposes

Hours

Working Hours are on a rotational shift

Week 1 - 6:30am-2:30pm

Week 2 - 2pm-10pm

Salary

£11.52 All hours worked

Hours after 7pm £14.15 p/h

Overtime paid at x1.5 = 17.28 per hour 

40 hours per week paid
