Warehouse Operative

Here at Vibe we are on the look out for Pickers and Packers for a night shift-Sunday-Friday 5pm-3.30am based in Banbury. As a Picker and Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling, packing, and shipping of chilled stock. Duties:
As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Packing and labelling products according to specifications
- Handling materials with care and attention to detail
- Operating warehouse equipment for materials handling
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control
- Executing picking and packing tasks accurately
- Ensuring quality control measures are met throughout the packing process
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to optimize shipping and receiving processes
- Loading and unloading shipments as needed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience with heavy lifting in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work efficiently in picking and packing tasks
- Prior experience in a chilled warehouse environment,
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
