Warehouse Operative

Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Cumbernauld. Immediate starts available!

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and loading products onto the delivery vans. This role requires you to lift and move a variety of goods including washing machines, fridge freezers and TVs. The successful candidate will undergo a paid induction where you will receive full training.

Schedule: 5 days over 7, including weekend work

Pay rate: £11.50 to £12.50 per hour

Working as a Warehouse Operative:

• Lifting heavy items and placing them onto delivery vans
• Ensuring that vehicles are loaded accurately/efficiently in preparation for despatch
• Ensuring vehicles are despatched in line with delivery schedules
• Managing orders of outgoing goods

What we need from you:

• Previous warehouse experience
• The ability to handle heavy stock
• Due to the location, it would be beneficial to have access to your own transport
