Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the logistics supervisor and covering various roles as needed
- Picking parts from the warehouse and delivering them to the assembly line per the production build plan
- Adjusting inventory on the Baan system as necessary
- Responding to internal part requests for the rework team and other business areas
- Performing cycle counting and stock checks as required
- Supporting colleagues in other logistics roles when needed
- Receiving deliveries, checking quantities against paperwork, and booking items into the system
- Maintaining and organising warehouse and yard spaces according to 5S methodologies
- Unloading, checking, and signing for deliveries from suppliers
- Providing fork lift support and managing visual standards within the yard area
Job Requirements:
- Experience in warehousing and logistics operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, especially Baan
- Ability to conduct stock checks and cycle counting accurately
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and maintaining visual standards
- Proficiency with fork lift operations and support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexible to work double day shifts (Earlies: 06:00-14:15, Lates: 14:30-22:45) with a 45-minute break
