Warehouse Operative

The Company:

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Crook area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.

The Role:

• To work as part of the warehousing team, sharing responsibilities for the manual handling of loading and unloading furniture from vehicles that drop off and pick up from the warehouses.


• Moving furniture as instructed between warehouses.


• Assist with monthly stock taking activities.


• Hand picking furniture from the warehouse through from order to dispatch.


• Inspect returned goods to identify the damage or other reason of return.


• Package saleable items in bubble wrap and cardboard ready to sell.


• Place furniture items in correct bin locations as instructed.


• Compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies/Regulations.

The Person:

• Full counterbalance FLT license


• Must have forklift experience


• Must have excellent attention to detail


• Must have excellent timekeeping and attendance records
