Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and dispatching of orders. Ideal candidates will have experience in a stores environment and be willing to take on new challenges, develop skills, and grow through varied tasks.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Load and unload lorries and vans
\n
• Report any delivery discrepancies or inaccuracies
\n
• Accurately pick and issue parts, both physically and electronically
\n
• Prepare and process delivery paperwork
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the goods-in and dispatch areas
\n
• Perform general administrative tasks, stocktaking, and housekeeping duties
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Experience in a stores environment (preferred)
\n

\n

\n

Skills & Knowledge

\n

\n
• Strong computer skills (essential)
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (preferred)
\n
• Experience with computerised stock management systems (preferred)
\n
• Forklift license (preferred)
\n
