Warehouse Operative

M4 Recruitment are currently seeking�reliable and hardworking individuals to join our clients�warehouse team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the�warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and dispatched, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Pay Rate: �11.44

Shift Pattern: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch


• Ensure accurate stock levels and help with inventory checks


• Load and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner


• Organize stock within the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations


• Assist with stock rotation and storage as required


• Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Good communication skills


• Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling


• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures


• Forklift license (preferred, but not essential)
