Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring all items are correctly packaged.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
- Always adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work shifts if required.
