Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: �12.30 - �14.36 per hour, depending on experience

Pertemps are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Droitwich. This successful candidate will hold a valid FLT licence and have previous experience working within a warehouse
The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
- Loading and unloading heavy goods; candidates must be capable of heavy lifting
- Verifying delivery notes and maintaining accurate records
- Organising and managing warehouse inventory with a high attention to detail
- Utilising SAP systems for inventory and logistics management
- Assisting in assembly and workshop tasks during quieter warehouse periods
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential
- FLT Bendi licence is desirable
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Quarterly KPI bonuses up to �250
- Monthly bonuses of �100 when the company meets budget targets
