Warehouse Operative

• Location: Uckfield
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (42 - 45 hours per week)
• Hourly rate: �12.12 p/h (will increase to �12.89 in April)

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in the industrial sector.

The ideal candidate will have a Forklift License, however if the licence has expired the client will arrange for a refresher course for the right person.

Be able to perform heavy lifting tasks. Individuals should be physically fit, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Must have Warehouse Experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
• loading and unloading vehicles
• locating specific items around the warehouse
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
• stock preparation for production lines
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• keeping work area clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift License
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Perform physical tasks and be physically fit
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
• previous experience working in a warehouse environment (minimum 1 year)
• ability to work in fast-paced environment
