Warehouse Picker/Packer Operative | Lincoln | Full-time - 8:00am – 6:00pm | £11.50 - £11.74 per hour

You will be a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer Operative and will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is desirable
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure accuracy and quality
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or the ability to learn quickly
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently

What will your role look like?

• Accurately picking products from shelves based on order sheets or electronic devices
• Packing products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit
• Preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring all paperwork is correctly completed and items are correctly labelled
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
•  Inspecting products for defects and ensuring only quality products are shipped.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Assisting with the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, including the disposal of packaging materials and general housekeeping tasks.
• Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive working environment.
