Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Picker roles at Unipart Logistics, Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham (WR11 8TS). Our client is seeking MHE drivers for their busy, site. You will be working as part of a busy and committed team. Our operation provides a Global aftermarket Distribution Centre, Parts Packing, Branded Goods operations, and a Customer Support function - supporting Jaguar Land Rover's continued growth ambitions.

As a Warehouse Picker you will need to have:

• Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
• Able to follow instructions
• Numerical and focused on accuracy
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Good awareness of Health & Safety

Details:

• Salary


• Days - £12.00
• Afternoon £12.00 after 7pm £15.42
• Overtime during the week - £15.87
• Overtime weekends - £18.31
  
• Working Hours :

• Mon-Fri: 07:30 - 16:30

• Location: Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham WR11 8TS
• Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Pick, check, store and pack automotive goods either manually or using RDT technology to a high standard of accuracy
• Pump trucking stacks of full totes and sorting to the department
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded onto cages
• Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
• Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
• Frequent heavy lifting required
• Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
• Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
• Assist other team members as necessary
• Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
• To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated
