At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Pickers to work with an important company in the Stafford area. This client is a leader in their field, providing consistent and ongoing work for reliable candidates.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• One in six Saturdays will be required.

Pay Rates:

• Earn up to £11.44 per hour

As a Warehouse Picker, you will need to have:

• Own transport (due to the site's lack of public transport access)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet target-based KPIs

Role of a Warehouse Picker:

• Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications
• Meet daily targets and maintain high standards of work
• Opportunity to train and gain certifications in LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
