** WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR ** SOUTH YORKSHIRE ** PERMANENT ROLE ** MORNINGS **
We are recruiting for Warehouse Supervisors on mornings in an excellent client based in South Yorkshire
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor role:
* Managing a team in fast paced environment
* Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPIs
* Training of new staff and existing team members
* Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Experience of working in a manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
Previous Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable
Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
