Warehouse Supervisor

We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse supervisor to supervise a small team of experienced warehouse operatives. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, organisation, and being customer focused. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and be comfortable handling both physical warehouse duties and computer-based tasks, including data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting a team.


• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.


• Dealing with customers�professionally and effectively.


• Managing stock control, data entry, and system updates.


• Operating a forklift (Counterbalance FLT licence required).


• Ensuring health & safety and warehouse best practices are followed.


• Working closely with the Operations and Warehouse Manager to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience


• Strong customer service skills


• FLT CB licence is essential


• Must be comfortable with computer-based tasks including data entry

This is a permanent position working daytime hours. 40 hours a week.�
