Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: �30,000 - �35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Organise outgoing freight and manage inbound workflows
  • Maintain accurate inventory and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety practises
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and high standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise productivity

Essential:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory control and logistics
  • Ability to implement safety and quality standards
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems
