Job Description Job Title: Senior Warehouse Operative
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: £27,535 including 15% shift allowance

We are recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Operator to join our client based in Wymondham, Norfolk. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions reside on the site. Both Inbound and Outbound operations provide services for multiple customers.

The Senior Operator is responsible for the performance of their immediate team and area in terms of quality, throughput, and SLA delivery. This is a supervisory role with responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the team and its members. This includes setting a positive tone and generating an open, trusting work environment. This role also includes - conducting performance reviews, managing holiday and sickness absence and overseeing health & safety within the team is all part of the role.
