Warehouse Team Leader - Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader / Supervisor, for one of our clients based in Yatton. This is a permanent role Mon-Fri on a rotating shift 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

Previous production / manufacturing experience would be an advantage, although not essential as�full training will be provided. However, candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly.


• Monitor employee performance and reports


• Prepare and submit shift reports


• Managing and organising work load and duties


• Induct, train and motivate new employees


• Material checks to ensure the right equipment and products are used.


• Prepare and schedule work plans

Personal Competencies:

• Attention to detail


• Methodical approach when problem solving


• Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative


• Team player


• Good communication skills both verbal and written
