Goods In Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader/ Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to join a logistics company based near East Grinstead.
The Goods In Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Receiving Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the goods-in team, manage daily tasks, and ensure full contract coverage. You'll organise staff and resources to efficiently meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the goods-in operations, coordinating tasks to meet operational demands
\n
• Drive productivity and efficiency within the team
\n
• Ensure cost-effective processes are maintained
\n
• Manage staffing levels and resource allocation
\n
• Support operational changes while minimising disruption to production and services
\n
• Coordinate activities to deliver the required service levels to customers
\n
• Maintain and enhance performance in line with site KPIs
\n
• Attend briefings and ensure effective communication within the team
\n
• Report any issues or information to the line manager, such as transport, delivery schedules, or warehouse accuracy
\n
• Proactively develop team members through regular meetings and coaching
\n

Requirements

\n
• Experience as a Goods in Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Receiving Coordinator, Warehouse Receiving Supervisor or Similar would be ideal.
\n
• Background in goods-in processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Ability to assist the Warehouse Manager with performance management, development, and coaching of team members.
\n
• Commutable to East Grinstead.
