Warehouse Team Leader - Lutterworth

Salary: �23,302 per annum
Full-time, permanent
Own transport required

A leading supply chain business is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Lutterworth. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy and quality control before goods leave the warehouse. You'll play a key part in minimising errors and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock accuracy in the depot and verify stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork.
• Check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
• Ensure all team members meet performance targets.
• Conduct weekly supervision meetings with each team member.
• Monitor audit data and provide feedback on performance, output, and error rates.
• Respond effectively to verbal instructions and warning devices.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Use basic Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.

Role Details:

• Location: Customer distribution centre, Lutterworth
• Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts with varied start times between 06:00-14:00
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily)
• Working Environment: Ambient
• Transport: Own vehicle required due to location
