Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning devices
• Good communication and training skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to best practices in warehouse management

Responsibilities:

As an Warehouse Trainer, you will:

• Train warehouse employees on how to use manual scanners and handheld devices
• Teach the process of scanning items and adding them to the system accurately
• Instruct employees on picking and packing procedures
• Provide training on shipping orders and preparing them for dispatch
• Develop and implement effective training programs for warehouse staff
• Evaluate and track employee performance during training sessions
